Spanish Expert Team Visits Yida to Discuss the Development of Neuromodulation Technology
On 29 October 2025, Shanghai Yida Hospital welcomed a delegation of Spanish psychiatry experts for a visit and exchange. The event aimed to deepen technical discussion and the sharing of clinical experience in the field of neuromodulation, and to promote exchange of medical technology between China and other countries.
On-site visit
The expert team successively visited the brand wall of milestones in the central hall of Yida Hospital and the model display area in the south hall, learning in detail about the overall plan and development vision of Yuanda Health City. They also visited the Department of Clinical Psychology in person to learn about the department's medical environment and facilities, and were deeply impressed by the scale of its clinical application and its development achievements in the field of neuromodulation.
Discussion and exchange
At the discussion that followed, the two sides held in-depth talks on the clinical application of TMS technology (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation). The Spanish experts shared the current use of TMS technology in Spanish medical institutions, the scope of its indications and the valuable experience they have gained in practice, bringing those present an internationally advanced perspective and fresh insight.
