He graduated from the Second Military Medical University in 1993 and studied imaging diagnostics at Xinjiang Medical University from 2001 to 2004, earning a master's degree. He has worked in diagnostic radiology for more than 30 years and served for more than 10 years as department director at a Class A tertiary military hospital and at Yuanda Cardiothoracic Specialist Hospital. During this time he undertook advanced training in the imaging diagnosis of head, neck and facial conditions and of thoracic and abdominal conditions at Beijing Tongren Hospital, Shanghai Zhongshan Hospital and Shanghai Changzheng Hospital, gaining extensive experience in imaging diagnosis.
He now works in clinical care, research and management in the radiology department at Shanghai Yida Hospital. He specializes in the CT/MR diagnosis of cardiac and great vessel disease, the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules, the imaging diagnosis of lung tumors, the imaging diagnosis of head, neck and facial conditions, and the imaging diagnosis of orbital disease and reconstructive plastic surgery for complex eye trauma.
