He graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and holds dual bachelor's degrees in medical laboratory science from Jiangsu University and in clinical medicine from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, earning a bachelor's degree in medicine. He has worked in laboratory diagnosis for more than 35 years, including more than 20 years as laboratory director. He has always strictly adhered to professional technical standards, rigorously implemented the latest health industry standards, and worked closely with clinical departments and in team collaboration, building a solid line of support for the development of his institution and for clinical care.

He also holds an ISO15189 national internal auditor qualification and is an authorized signatory for CNAS in both clinical microbiology and clinical hematology; he has long focused on the core fields of clinical microbiology, hematology, biochemistry, immunology and molecular laboratory diagnosis, providing solid support for the efficient work of clinical departments through his sound professional ability.

He has taken part in ISO15189 medical laboratory quality system accreditation for more than 10 years in total, leading key stages such as initial assessment, supervisory assessment and reassessment throughout. He led his team through the whole process of building the quality system, preparing application materials, coordinating on‑site assessment and rectifying non‑conformities, and ultimately passed accreditation within the required timeframe, receiving high recognition and praise from the assessment experts.
